SHIPPING POLICY

• Purchases are shipped through reputed courier services from Nagpur. Orders will be shipped in 3 working days from the date of confirmation.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

• We request you allow the following number of days to receive your order
• 10 Business Days depending on your location.
• Orders will be delivered from Monday- Saturday (9 am-8 pm)
• The contact number given must be reachable at all times. If not reachable by the courier company, your parcel will get returned to us. Forwarding charges will be collected from you.

RETURN

• If a product(s) reaches you in a damaged condition, Or if a product is missing from your order, you can directly msg us on the same day of delivery, stating your issue with short info on your order details.

NOTE: WE WILL NEED A VIDEO OF UNBOXING THE PARCEL TO CLAIM FOR THE LOSS. NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE REGISTERED WITHOUT THE VIDEO.

CANCELLATION

Once the order is placed. It cannot be canceled strictly.
